Call for abstracts - Guidelines
The 9th Mission Idea Contest:to the Moon is seeking your brilliant and innovative ideas towards the advancement of Lunar exploration with micro/nanosatellites and rovers.
We are seeking meaningful mission ideas that are innovative, affordable and technically achievable.
The contest is open to all peoples, from all nations who have the technical ability and an interest to participate with no restrictions on academics, professionals, or team applicants.
By participating in the contest, you will have the opportunity to expand and refine your knowledge, develop your career profile and network, and receive exposure for your ideas on a global platform.
We strongly encourage academics who wish to enter the contest to use MIC9 as a teaching platform by forming a team with interested students.
Submission Process
- Abstracts (max 5 pages) submission are now open and must be submitted online.
- Please submit your abstract MS-WORD file through MIC9 website and send PDF file to MIC Office. (info[at]spacemic.net)
- Abstract submission due is April 15, 2025.
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by a panel against the selection criteria.
- Selected abstract submissions proceeding to final presentation will be notified by May 20, 2025.
- Full paper submissions (max 12 pages) will be accepted until August 5, 2025.
- Final presentation given in Japan. (Date: T.B.D.)
